REFUND POLICY

    1. General

    singularlab.ai is a digital service that provides access to an AI-based platform for image, video and audio generation. Refund terms depend on the product type: subscription access, the Lifetime credit pack, or a balance top-up.

    2. Subscription Access

    A subscription (Access, Win the competition and similar access tiers) is considered delivered the moment payment is received and the Account is activated, because access to the platform and learning materials begins immediately. For this reason, paid subscription periods are non-refundable.

    The User can disable auto-renewal at any time in the Account. The already-paid period remains available until its end; no further charges are taken.

    3. Lifetime: Credit Pack

    Lifetime includes the recurring delivery of a credit pack throughout the plan's lifetime. A credit pack that has already been used (at least one credit from the pack has been consumed) is non-refundable.

    A refund is possible only when BOTH conditions are met:

    • no more than 7 (seven) calendar days have passed since payment;
    • not a single credit from the purchased pack has been used.

    After 7 days from the payment date, no refund is issued, even if no credits have been used.

    4. Balance Top-up

    One-off balance top-ups follow the same rules as the Lifetime credit pack:

    • the request is submitted no later than 7 (seven) calendar days after the top-up payment;
    • not a single credit from the purchased top-up has been used.

    If even one credit from the top-up has been spent, no refund is issued. After 7 days from the payment date, no refund is issued either, even if the top-up is fully unused.

    5. Unconditional Refunds

    Regardless of the purchase type, a refund is issued in the following cases:

    • technical failures caused by the Provider that made the Service unusable for more than 24 consecutive hours;
    • duplicate charges for the same operation;
    • other cases at the Provider's discretion.

    6. Refund Procedure

    6.1. The User submits a written request to support@singularlab.ai stating: full name, account email, payment date and amount, purchase type (subscription / Lifetime / balance top-up) and reason for refund.

    6.2. Review takes up to 10 business days.

    6.3. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment card within 10 banking days.

    7. Auto-renewal Cancellation

    The User may cancel auto-renewal at any time in the Account and unlink the saved card. Cancellation stops future charges; the current paid period remains available until its end.
